NetTop for macOS

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of the NetTop macOS application provided by Metromedya. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. The Application
NetTop is a macOS menu bar utility that shows live network speed, the apps using your connection, data usage per network and per app, data limits and alerts, a speed test and usage reports. Figures are measured on your Mac and may differ from your provider's billing; Metromedya is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of the figures the App shows, including charges from your network provider.
3. Privacy
How NetTop handles information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge the practices set out there.
4. NetTop Pro
NetTop is free to download. NetTop Pro is offered through the Mac App Store in two ways:
- Lifetime: A one-time purchase
- Yearly: An auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings
Payments are processed by Apple. Refunds follow Apple's policies. Restore purchase in the NetTop Pro window brings back NetTop Pro on the same Apple Account.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App
- Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
- Respect the intellectual property rights of the App and of third-party services
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its text, design, logos, graphics, icons, images and all other elements belong exclusively to Metromedya or its licensors. Any use, reproduction, modification or distribution not expressly permitted in these Terms is prohibited without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METROMEDYA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Updates and Modifications
We may update, modify or discontinue the App at any time. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the modified Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
